This Rate - Rank php script uses a database to store membership information, submitted pictures, votes, and comments. This script makes a great addition to any website or can be constructed into a stand alone website.

Registered Picture Posters can upload pictures to be rated, opt in to receive email from registered members, receive rankings, and receive comments.

Registered Members can email opted Picture Posters, rate, and leave comments on pictures.

Administration area is packed to edit, delete, and approve memberships, pictures, and more. All regestered user emails can be copied from a list in the administration area to use in a bulk emailer.
