Add/View/Edit signup campaigns

Add a Signup campaign:

• Campaign size:the number of ordered signups signups
• Campaign URL: URL with the registration page
• Site name: The name of the site
• Site description: Describe the site
• Secret question:Secret question which the member will need to answer to receive credit
• Secret answer: Answer to the secret question
• Advertiser's name:
• Advertiser's e-mail:
• Advertiser's login / Advertiser's password: Login and password for advertisers. They can view completed tasks and ID number of members who have successfully completed the assignments.
  Campaign start date / Campaign end date. All the datas in this script must be set in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD
  Pay for 1 sign-up: Bonus for the signup. It may be set in points and in USD. If you want to send a 50cent signup, type 0.50 (!)
