REFERRAL CONTEST

It is located at your main page, in the right frame.

You may announce a contest for your members, based on the number of tier-1 referrals. First three members, who have more referrals will get the specified USD or points value...

If you set bonus value in points, it must be the whole number, if you use USD, use "." to specify parts of the number. E.g. if you want to set 1 cent bonus, you should type 0.01(!)
