• Ben MUST be able to access your FTP and cPanel.
• You MIGHT be contacted by Ben and should reply promptly.
• You WILL allow Ben up to 48 hours to install (he may be busy).

Ben will ONLY install scripts on eZoneScripts.com recommended hosting specs found here. If Ben is hired to install one of these scripts and logs in to your cPanel to find a higher version of php or mysql, he will not even attempt to install the script and you will forfit any monies paid for wasting his time.
